Submission of Reflection on Self-Practices/Assignments is Mandatory.

- Quiet Space: Find a quiet and peaceful area where you can focus without distractions.
- Internet Connection: Ensure a stable internet connection for seamless participation in live sessions.
- Beginner’s Mind: Approach the course with an open heart and mind, ready to explore and learn.

- 09:30 am – 11:30 am Asana & Pranayama
- 11:45 am – 12:45 pm Meditation
- 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm Meal break
- 1:45 pm – 3:00 pm Anatomy/Ayurveda
- 3:15 pm – 3:45 pm Group Discussion
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Asana & Satsang
