Yoga Philosophy: Explore ancient yogic texts and philosophy, understanding the core principles of yoga.
Asanas (Yoga Poses): Master fundamental yoga poses, focusing on proper alignment and techniques.
Meditation and Mindfulness: Develop the foundations for an efective meditation practice, enhancing mental clarity and inner peace.
Pranayama: Learn and practice various breathing techniques to balance energy and promote relaxation.
Anatomy and Physiology: Understand the human body’s anatomy, specifically tailored to yoga practitioners and instructors.
Teaching Methodology: Develop effective teaching skills, including class sequencing, adjustments, and communication.
Introduction to Shatkriyas: learn about the cleansing practices in Hatha Yoga and explore the benefits of some of these techniques.

Important Details:
- Check in: on the first course date any time before 3 pm. Opening ceremony usually starts at 3:30 pm
- Check out: on the last course date between 1 pm to 6 pm. Closing ceremony usually ends by 1:00 pm
- Meals: Vegetarian based. Our freshly cooked meals are served in buffet style and we have vegan friendly options included in the meals. Please consider that we cannot adapt to all food styles, and please notify of any food allergies.

Free part time on some Saturdays for assignments and personal time. Sundays are off.
