These first 100 hours are a part of the 200 TTC for Yoga Alliance certification, as a first step to immerse yourself into the practice of true Yoga as a personal development experience, and if you wish to get the Yoga Alliance Certification, you have a chance to complete your 200 hours TTC, attending an in-person training (100 hours) in Rishikesh anytime you can travel to India to study with us.

This course is also perfect for those who don’t wish to get a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification, but want to have an immersion Yoga experience with us.

We will provide a participation certificate for a 100 hours training course from Swasti Yogashala. This certificate will allow you to complete the 200-hour teaching certification required to gain the certification affiliated by Yoga Alliance, USA, by attending additional 100 hours in-person training in Rishikesh, anytime in the future.
