Online Asana Classes with Surinder and Vikramjeet

Starting March 8, 2021 Live from Rishikesh!

We have opened our daily asana TTC classes for our old students or new people who will like to practice with us.

Join Surinder ji (asana) and Vikram (asana & pranayama) from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 am IST (+5 UTC).

You can access a single class or 15 classes package.

Daily asana class:  Live Zoom sessions from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 am IST, staring March 8, 2021

  • Each LIVE session includes:

    • 90 minutes of asana practice 
    • Feedback from the teacher
    • Self reflection talks after each class
