Sukhmeet Ji

Baba Sukhmit ji was born in sikh family in Punjab, one of the states of Bharat (India). After his education he joined center reserve police force and he served for five years to his nation. During the service he decides to go deeper for his inner quest. That inner quest leads him to the Rishikesh, the foothills of the Himalayas. He met his master there and initiated into himalayan tradition of yoga and meditation and studied yoga sutra, bhagavad gita and some basic texts of vedant darshan. He has been humbly sharing the yogic wisdom and it’s practices for the last five years. He is eternally grateful for his own master and the unbroken lineage wisdom.
