Course Format: Online via Live Zoom sessions from January 14 to 31, 2024 (Recordings available until Feb 29, 2024)
Component Course for: 200-Hour Teacher Training Certification (TTC). Also serves as a refresher course for the Yoga Teachers.
Certification : 50 hours NavSankalp: Hatha Yoga Foundations Course, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate (YCEP).
What to expect of this course:
Introduction to Sankalpa:

Asana
- Explore the foundations and alignments of basic asanas
- Experience the breath guidance and awareness in the asanas
Pranayama:
- Understanding the physiological and psychological benefits of breath control.
- Learning and practicing different pranayama techniques.
Meditation:
- Introduction to Traditional Yoga meditation
- Explore the concepts of the mind, meditation and mindfulness.
- Guidance on how to establish a regular meditation practice
Integration of Sankalpa with Pranayama and Meditation:
- Exploring how to set a meaningful Sankalpa.
- Understanding how to integrate your Sankalpa into pranayama and meditation practices.
- Pranayama and Meditation as tools for purification and making space for new experiences
Journaling:
- Cultivating mindfulness, self-awareness and self reflection.

Submission of Reflection on Self-Practices/Assignments is Mandatory.
