Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated on June 26th 2025
SWASTI YOGASHALA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy
We value the commitment of our participants and strive to maintain fairness in our course registrations. Since our programs have limited seats and do not run throughout the year, cancellations affect both our operations and other deserving candidates. Therefore, the following policies apply:
- The deposit of full payment is strictly non-refundable.
- If you cancel before completing full payment, the deposit will not be retained as credit.
- For cancellations made at least 30 days before the course start date, the full amount (if paid) can be used as credit for a future course within 1 year.
- Cancellations made within 30 days before the course start date will result in only 50% of the paid amount being available as credit for 1 year.
- Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the original registrant.
- Opting out of the course after registration, for any reason, will not qualify for a refund.
- Medical & Force Majeure Considerations – In cases of medical emergencies (such as hospitalization, severe illness, or accidents) or force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen external circumstances), the paid amount will not be refunded but may be used as credit for 1 year from the date of approval by Swasti Yogashala.
- Official documentation is required for verification, and approval is subject to review.
- Medical Disclosure Requirement
- Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose them in writing via email before registering. Approval from Swasti Yogashala is required prior to payment.
- Failure to declare medical conditions before registration will result in no refund or credit, even if the participant withdraws after the course has started.
- By registering, participants agree to these terms.
- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
