Course Format:
- Duration: 300 hours in-person training over 35 days
- Certification: 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course certified by Yoga Alliance USA
Eligibility:
- Must hold a 200 YTTC Certificate from an accredited school or institute.
- Submit a picture of your certificate before registration.
Registration Procedure:
- Pre-register by filling out the form and submitting your previous 200-hour course certificate.
- After reviewing your pre-registration and submitted certificate, you will receive a registration link from us.

Traditional Hatha Yoga: Dive into the practices of Hatha Yoga, including asanas, pranayama, mudras, and bandhas, to cultivate physical strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
Yoga Philosophy: Study ancient yogic texts and philosophy, understanding the core principles of yoga.
Asanas (Yoga Poses): Explore intermediate to advanced poses and sequencing focusing on proper alignment and techniques, for your personal practice and the development of teaching skills.
Fascia Anatomy: Deepen your understanding of fascia anatomy and its role in yoga practice, movement, and overall well-being.
Pranayama: Deepen the practice of various breathing techniques to balance energy and promote relaxation. As well as connecting the Pranayama to quieten the mind, enhance breath awareness, and cultivate inner peace as preparation for meditation.
Meditation and Yoga Nidra: Develop the foundations for an efective meditation practice, methodologies and teaching skills
Restorative Yoga: Explore the Iyengar based and somatics restorative aspect of yoga through gentle postures, props, and relaxation techniques, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Teaching Methodology: Develop effective teaching skills, including class sequencing, adjustments, and communication.
Shatkriyas Practice: Regular cleansing practices in Hatha Yoga and explore the benefits of some of these techniques.

- Course date: 02 January, 2025 – 05 February, 2025
- Check in: on the first course date any time before 3 pm. Opening ceremony usually starts at 3:30 pm
- Check out: on the last course date between 1 pm to 6 pm. Closing ceremony usually ends by 1:00 pm
- Meals: Vegetarian based. Our freshly cooked meals are served in buffet style and we have vegan friendly options included in the meals. Please consider that we cannot adapt to all food styles, and please notify of any food allergies.
